摘　　要：金东明教授临床善用经方治疗疑难杂症,强调治病必求于本,须详审其因,而细细辨之。崩漏属妇科常见病,也是疑难急重病证,轻者影响正常生活,重者足以危害健康。此病诊断为脾虚湿盛而挟瘀证,治以健脾利湿,止血化瘀。用药点睛之处:小蓟为君,有较强的止血作用,其主要是通过使局部血管收缩,抑制纤溶而发挥作用;白茅根、车前子二者合用,有利水通淋、凉血止血之功效,对下焦湿热所致的血尿、水肿等疗效显著。Professor Jin Dongming often uses the classical prescription in the treatment of difficult miscellaneous diseases, in its emphasis on treating disease, must treating disease from the root, and detail of that. Metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is a common disease of gynecology, also is the difficult emergency patients. This disease affects normal life, and seriously harms to health. The disease diagnosis of insufficiency of the spleen with overabundance of dampness and carry gore, treatment with invigorate the spleen to damp elimination. The point of medicine is the focus sovereign drug. It has better the bleeding effect. It mainly through causes the local blood vessels to contract and inhibits the fibrinolysis, Rhizoma imperatae and plantain. It is good for stopping the bleeding, and has effect of hematuria, edema, etc.
