摘　　要：介绍1例中西医结合治疗暑厥病的危重病例。重症热射病属于中医学"暑厥"范畴,本案患者初始辨证为亡阳证,予回阳救逆治疗,患者阳气渐复,但阴液耗伤,故维护阴液,阴中求阳,患者生命体征稳定后,注意保肝护肾,并采用了片仔癀及安宫牛黄丸等中医特色药物,取得了满意疗效。A case of serious syncope due to summ er-heat patient was treated by therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was introduced. Severe heat stroke disease belongs to the category of ＂ syncope due to summer-heat＂ in traditional Chinese medicine. The patient with initial dialectical for wangyang syndrome, revives Yangqi for resuscitation, gradually gets yangqi.But yinye is injured. Saving yinye and getting yin from yang, this patient is stabilized, and pays attention to protect liver and kidney.Proprietary Chinese medicine, such as Pianzaihuang and Angong Niuhuang pill are used.This case has a satisfactory result.
