摘 要:目的 通过Meta分析评价2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清25羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平与糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的相关性.方法 检索美国国立医学图书馆(PubMed)、循证医学数据库(Cochrane)、万方等数据库,选择建库至2016年6月发表的有关25(OH)D和DPN的相关文献共31篇,根据文献纳入和排除标准,采用纽卡斯尔-渥太华量表进行质量评估,应用RevMan 5.3统计学软件进行Meta分析.结果 最终10项研究、共1373例患者纳入分析.Meta分析结果显示,T2DM合并DPN组血清25(OH)D水平低于不合并DPN组(WMD=-7.28,95% CI:-9.21--5.34,P〈0.00001).结论 合并DPN的T2DM患者25(OH)D水平低于未合并者.Objective To evaluate the relationship between serum levels of 25(OH)D and peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetes by Meta analysis. Methods We searched the papers published before June 2016 from the database of PubMed,Cochrane,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang.Thirty one articles were found. Studies were screened and their quality were evaluated by Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS). Meta-analysis were performed by RevMan 5.3 software. Results A total of 1 373 cases from 10 articles were involved. The results showed that the serum levels of 25(OH)D in type 2 diabetes with peripheral neuropathy was lower apparently than that of controls[WMD=-7.28,95% CI(-9.21,-5.34),P〈0.000 01]. Conclusion There is an association between 25(OH)D and peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetes.
