株洲市中医社会认同度的调查及对策研究

摘　　要：目的了解株洲市民众对中医药的认知、需求、选择和利用状况,提出促进中医药发展的对策。方法采用问卷调查方法,选取株洲市4个区市民800人,发放并回收课题问卷调查表,了解其对中医药的态度及需求。结果民众患病后首选"中医、中西医结合"治疗的比例是73.86%,83.92%的民众曾看过中医;62.61%的民众对中医中药有一定了解;民众认为中医中药的优势是中草药天然,不良作用小,疗效可靠,能够治本除根;民众认为中医药的缺点是煎药麻烦、疗效慢、口感差、不方便携带;73.07%的调查对象喝过汤药,最喜欢的中医治疗方法是推拿按摩;民众最感兴趣的中医文化内容是中医养生保健,感兴趣的中医药讲座内容是日常养生的方法、常见病的治疗和预防。结论株洲市民众对中医药的接触度、认知度、接受度较高,中医药在株洲市有着深厚的群众基础和广泛的社会需求。Objective To understand the status of TCM recognition, requirements, selection and utilization among people of Zhuzhou city, some countermeasures need to be implmented to promote TCM development. Methods Totally 800 citizens from 4 districts of Zhuzhou city were selected by using questionnaire to investigated their attitude and needs towards TCM. Results 73.86% people preferred treatment of TCM and TCM-WM, and 83.92% people have seen the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine. 62.61% people understand TCM. People thought that the advantages of TCM are natural and curative, which side effect is small. People thought that the disadvantages of TCM are poor taste and slow effect, which is inconvenient to cook and carry. 73.07% people took TCM, but they liked massage most. Their favorite piont of TCM is health-care. Conclusion The citizens in Zhuzhou had high acceptance and recognition of TCM. It has deep mass base and a wide range of social needs in Zhuzhou city.
