补肝益肾法治疗腰椎椎管狭窄症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察补肝益肾法治疗腰椎椎管狭窄症(肾气不足)的临床疗效。方法将90例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组45例,对照组服用塞来昔布胶囊,试验组在对照组的基础上服用舒筋健腰丸,观察服药后的临床疗效。结果在改善疼痛和间歇性跛行症状方面,试验组均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组有效率86.7%,对照组有效率73.3%,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肝益肾法能有效改善腰椎椎管狭窄症的临床症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of tonifying liver and kidney method in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis （deficiency of kidney qi） . Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with celecoxib capsule. The experimental group was treated with Shujin Jianyao pills on the basis of the control group. The clinical curative effect was observed. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in improving the pain and intermittent claudication （P 〈0.05） . The effective rate was 86.7% in the experimental group and 73.3% in the control group. The experimental group was better than the control group （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion The tonifying liver and kidney method can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of lumbar spinal stenosis the quality of life of patients.
