二陈汤加味治疗糖尿病合并脂肪肝痰湿内阻证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究二陈汤加味治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝痰湿内阻证的临床疗效。方法 50例门诊患者采用随机对照方法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用二陈汤方加味治疗,对照组采用基础治疗方案,均治疗3个疗程。比较2组治疗前后临床症状、体征和生化指标变化。结果 2组上述观察指标均改善,但治疗组效果更明显,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二陈汤加味治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝痰湿内阻证具有临床疗效确切、不良反应小的特点。Objective To study the clinical effect of modified Erchen decoction in the treatment of diabetes complicated with fatty liver phlegm damp resistance syndrome. Methods 50 cases of clinic patients using randomized controlled methods were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group used modified Erchen decoction. The control group used foundation treatment. The treatment continued 3 periods of treatment. Before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms, signs and biochemical index changes were compared. Results Two sets of the above observation indexes were improved, but the effect of treatment group was more obvious, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion modified Erchen decoction in the treatment of diabetes complicated with fatty liver phlegm damp resistance syndrome has significant effect and less side effects.
