摘　　要：目的观察杨氏3A+"肘五针"埋线针刀治疗肘尺管综合征临床疗效。方法将112例肘尺管综合征患者随机分为治疗组60例,对照组52例,其中治疗组采用杨氏3A+埋线针刀特色疗法"肘五针"治疗,对照组采用针灸治疗,1个月后观察2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈38例,显效15例,好转4例,总有效率95.0%,对照组治愈16例,显效14例,好转10例,总有效率76.92%;2组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论杨氏3A+埋线针刀疗法"肘五针"治疗肘尺管综合征效果明显优于针灸疗法,值得在临床推广和借鉴使用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂ zhou wu zhen＂ for cubit tunnel syndrome. Methods 112 patients with cubit tunnel syndrome were randomly divided into treatment ga＇oup of 60 cases and control group of 52 cases. The patients in the treatment group was treated with Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂ zhou wu zhen＂ , while the patients in control group were treated with traditional acupuncture combined with conventional massage therapy. The clinical effect after one course was observed. Results 38 cases were cured, 15 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases improved, and the total effective rate was 95% in the treat- ment group. 16 cases were cared, 14 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases improved, and the total effective rate was 76.92% in control group. The total effective of two groups were significant difference （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The clinic effect of Yang＇s 3A ＋ therapy at ＂ zhou wu zhen＂ for cubit tunnel syndrome is obviously superior to the traditional acupuncture therapy, and it is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
