补阳还五汤治疗腰椎椎管狭窄症理论浅析

摘　　要：腰椎椎管狭窄症是临床常见病、多发病,除手术治疗外尚无一种治疗可完全解除神经根受压的病理基础。补阳还五汤出自清代王清任《医林改错》,其基本组方为黄芪、归尾、赤芍、地龙、川芎、红花、桃仁等七味药组成,具有补气、活血、祛瘀通络的功效。应用补阳还五汤治疗腰椎椎管狭窄症证属气虚血瘀型的临床病人,可明显改善患者的生活质量,也为保守治疗腰椎椎管狭窄症提供了一种可行的方案。Lumbar spinal stenosis is a common clinical disease, and the pathological basis of surgical treatment is a treatment can completely relieve nerve root compression. Buyang Huanwu decoction is from Yilin Gaicuo in the Qing Dynasty Wang Qingren, and its basic prescription is Radix Astragali, radix paeoniae rubra, pberetima, earthworm, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, safflower, peach kernel seven kinds of drugs, with tonifying qi and blood, blood stasis dredging collaterals; clinical patients belong to qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis syndrome can significantly improve the patient＇s quality of life, and provided a feasible solution.
