摘　　要：张华主任医师系芜湖市中医医院主任医师,为安徽省级名老中医,从事中医内科数十年,中医理论扎实,并博采众长,颇有建树,并且临床经验丰富,医术精湛,同时其医风淳朴,医德高尚。其在临证运用中医药治疗肺系病证有其独到的见解。本篇文章通过四则病案来总结张华主任医师临证治疗肺系疾病的经验体会以及其诊疗疾病的思路和方法。Zhang Hua, chief physician of Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and famous doctor of Anhui province,engaged in internal Chinese medicine for decades, has a solid theory foundation, and learn widely from others ＇ strong points, and she has made great achievements with good skills and high morals. She has developed a unique understanding and obtained rich clinical experiences in pulmonary diseases during long term clinical practice. This article summarized her experiences in the treatment of pulmonary diseases, and the ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary diseases through four medical records.
