脐敷方治疗肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药脐敷方治疗肿瘤化疗后所致白细胞减少的临床疗效。方法将82例肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少患者随机分为2组,治疗组、对照组各41例。治疗组予以中药脐敷方治疗,对照组予以地榆升白片口服治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率为90.24%,对照组的总有效率为80.49%。2组疗效经统计学处理分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用中药脐敷方治疗肿瘤化疗后所致白细胞减少,能使白细胞计数升高,有效改善临床症状,而且副作用少,临床值得推广应用。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of umbilical compress prescription in the treatment of leucopenia induced by cancer chemotherapy. Methods Eighty-two patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups, with41 cases in the treatment group and 41 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with umbilical compress prescription, and the control group was treated with Diyu Shengbai tablet oral treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.24%. The total effective rate in the control group was 80.49%. The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of umbilical compress prescription in the treatment of leucopenia induced by cancer chemotherapy can significantly increase the white blood cells, improve clinical symptoms, and has fewer side effects. This method is worthy of being popularized.
