摘　　要：目的观察运用腰椎整脊手法配合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法将50例患者随机分为2组,治疗组25例以腰椎整脊手法配合小针刀治疗,对照组25例以腰椎牵引治疗。观察比较治疗前后患者视觉模拟评分及JOA下腰痛评分。结果经过2周治疗后,治疗组VAS评分及JOA评分均较对照组有差异(P<0.05)。结论腰椎整脊手法配合小针刀治疗腰椎间突出症疗效明显,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of lumbar chiropractic manipulation and small needle knife in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 25 cases was treated with lumbar chiropractic approach with small needle knife treatment. The control group of 25 cases received lumbar traction treatment. The changes of VAS score and JOA score before and after treatment was observed. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the VAS score and JOA score of the treatment group were significantly different from those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lumbar chiropractic approach with small needle knife is better than lumbar traction treatment in the curative effect, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
