温阳祛风湿止痛法结合温针灸治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究温阳祛风湿止痛法结合温针灸治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床效果。方法对象均来源于我院的门诊患者,参照有关阳虚寒凝型KOA的诊断标准,选取符合纳入标准的阳虚寒凝型KOA患者30例作为治疗组,进行中医辨证,予以温阳祛风湿止痛法结合温针灸治疗。再选择30例阳虚寒凝型KOA患者作为对照组,进行西医治疗,然后对2组患者的VAS评分、Lvsholm评分、临床疗效进行统计分析。结果治疗组患者的VAS评分、Lvsholm评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗的总有效率93.3%(28/30)显著高于对照组76.7%(23/30)(P<0.05)。结论温阳祛风湿止痛法结合温针灸治疗阳虚寒凝型KOA的临床效果较西医治疗好。Objective To study the clinical effect of warming yang and dispelling wind dampness for relieving pain method combined with warming acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis（KOA） of yang deficiency and coagulated cold type. Methods The subjects were all from the outpatient department of our hospital. According to the diagnostic criteria of KOA, the patients who met the scope of the study were selected. 30 cases of yang deficiency and cold coagulation type KOA which accorded with the criteria were selected as the treatment group, and the differentiation of symptoms and signs of TCM was conducted by warming yang and dispelling wind dampness for relieving pain method combined with warming acupuncture. Then 30 cases of yang deficiency and cold coagulation type KOA patients were selected as the control group, and they were given Western medicine treatment. The VAS score, Lvsholm score and clinical effect were statistically analyzed. Results The VAS score and Lvsholm score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）, the total effective rate of the treatment was 93.3 %（ 28/30）, which was significantly higher than 76.7%（23/30） of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of warming yang and dispelling wind dampness for relieving pain method combined with warming acupuncture in the treatment of KOA of yang deficiency and coagulated cold type is better than that of Western medicine treatment.
