糖尿病高血糖代谢记忆的中西医认识与治疗综述

摘　　要：高血糖"代谢记忆"是指糖尿病患者的高血糖状态可对机体不同的组织器官造成持久性损伤,本文从中西医角度出发,论述代谢记忆的西医相关机制:氧化应激、硝化应激、糖基化终产物以及中医"伏邪""伏毒"理论与"代谢记忆"的联系。在治疗方面,西医提出早期强化血糖控制的原则以及预混胰岛素的优势;而中医则提出活血益气通络的思路在伏邪未发之时进行清透和攻伐。本文中西医并举,罗列对照两者对"代谢记忆"的认识和治则,为后世提供一定的借鉴意义。High blood glucose metabolic memory refers to hyperglycemia in diabetic patients of different tissues organs cause lasting damage. This article clarified Western medicine related of metabolic memory： oxidative stress, nitrative stress, AGEs and traditional Chinese medicine ＂ Fuxie＂ toxin and ＂ metabolic theory memory＂ from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. In the treatment, Western medicine proposes early intensive glycemic control principle and pre mixed insulin advantages. TCM activating blood circulation to invigorate qi put forward ideas and clear attack on Fuxie not when cutting. This paper lists both Western medicine simultaneously, control knowledge of ＂ metabolic memory＂ and treatment, and provide a reference for future generations.
