新生儿基础护理车的改良及应用

摘　　要：目的观察改良的新生儿基础护理车在临床中的应用效果。方法针对护士在应用基础护理车进行新生儿基础护理的过程中存在的问题,对新生儿基础护理车进行改良。将改良后的基础护理车在212例新生儿中进行使用,比较改良前后护士进行基础护理操作时投放垃圾弯腰次数、投放垃圾合格率及护士对基础护理车使用的满意度。结果采用改良后的新生儿基础护理车进行基础护理操作时,护士弯腰次数减少了,投放垃圾合格率提高了,护士对基础护理车更满意(P<0.05)。结论改良后的新生儿基础护理车较传统护理车有明显优势,深受医护人员好评。Objective To modify the nursing care in neonatal intensive care unit and to evaluate its effects. Methods We summarized the problems when nurses used the old nursing cart to provide care to 206 patients during March to August 2016. Then modifications were made to fix these problem~ The modified carts were used to care of 212 patients. Nurses＇ bending times,appropriate rates of medical waste littering,and satisfaction with the modified cart were compared before and after the modified cart was used. Results After the cart was modified,the bending times were significantly decreased,the appropriate rates of medical waste littering were significantly increased,and the satisfaction with the modified cart was significantly imp：roved （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified nursing cart has obvious advantages compared with the old cart. It is well accepted and can be promoted in the clinical setting.
