摘  要:利用光学显微镜、力学和磁性性能测试设备对热轧态和水韧处理态Fe-Mn-Al系奥氏体钢的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明,经水韧处理后,组织仍为奥氏体,但晶粒明显变粗,从而导致屈服强度和抗拉强度明显下降,塑性和韧性得到改善,原因在于原始奥氏体基体内和沿晶界分布的碳化物均溶入奥氏体,以及孪晶的生成。热轧态与热处理态相对磁导率保持一致,均小于1.2,奥氏体是影响相对磁导率的关键因素。Microstructure and properties of Fe-Mn-Al austenite steel under hot-rolled and water toughening treatment states were studied by means of optical microscope and mechanical and magnetism testing facilities. The results indicate that the microstructure is still austenite after water toughening treatment but the grain size becomes coarser obviously,which leads to yield strength and tensile strength decrease obviously,but the plasticity and toughness are improved,the reason lies in the dissolution of carbides in original austenite and around the grain boundary into austenite as well as the generation of twins. The relative magnetic conductivity of the hot rolled and the heat treated is consistent,less than 1. 2,austenite is the key to affect relative magnetic conductivity.
