摘 要:先进高强钢中由于含有较多的Si、Mn、Al、Cr等合金元素,导致在退火过程中合金元素容易发生选择性氧化,形成富集在表面的氧化物,显著恶化高强钢的热浸镀性能。在热浸镀模拟器上模拟研究了加热过程露点温度对一种C-Mn-Si-Al先进高强钢表面氧化行为的影响规律,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)以及辉光放电光谱法(GDOES)对退火态样品表面形貌和成分分布进行分析。结果表明:在较高加热段露点温度-10℃下,该高强钢退火后的表面被大量氧化物颗粒覆盖,随着加热段露点温度的降低,高强钢表面的氧化物颗粒逐渐减少甚至消失。进一步分析表明,随着加热段露点温度的降低,表面的Mn元素富集量也不断降低,而Al元素则倾向于在表面富集。Many alloying elements,such as Si,Mn,Al,Cr and so on,are contained in advanced high strength steels,probably resulting in easier selective oxidation to form oxides on the surface of the steel during annealing and significant deterioration of the hot-dip galvanizing property. Effect of dew point during heating on the selective oxidation behavior of a C-Mn-Si-Al advanced high strength steel was studied on a hot-dip process simulator( HDPS). The surface morphology and composition distribution of as-annealed steel were analyzed by using SEM,EDS and GDOES. The results show that the external surface of the steel is covered by a large amount of nodule-shaped oxides,after annealed at the dew point(-10 ℃) during heating at higher temperature. With the dew point decreasing,the amount of the nodule-shaped oxides on the external surface reduces and even disappears. Moreover,with the dew point decreasing,enrichment of Mn on the external surface is weakened,while that of Al is promoted.
