摘 要:研究了AMBR-MABR处理模拟畜禽养殖废水的启动过程和成熟污泥的特征。通过在AMBR厌氧格室和MABR格室分别接种ABR-MABR对应格室中的污泥,然后固定停留时间、逐步升高进水负荷进行AMBR-MABR的启动。83 d后,AMBR-MABR的有机负荷(OLR)(以COD计)达到7.5 kg·(m3·d)-1,COD、NH+4-N和总氮去除率分别可达83.96%、37.56%和38.29%,反应器启动成功。启动成功后,AMBR-MABR污泥的浓度在17.5~30.0 g·L-1之间;厌氧格室污泥的粒径为0.25~0.74 mm,曝气格室污泥的粒径均为0.18 mm。AMBR-MABR中各格室的污泥表面凹凸不平,疏松多孔,主要由杆状菌、球状菌、念珠状菌及胞外聚合物(EPS)等组成,EPS主要为多糖、蛋白质和溶解性微生物代谢产物,富里酸和腐殖酸的含量较少。反应器中微生物种类丰富,微生物群落可以分为3类:第1类为Ⅰ、Ⅵ格室;第2类为Ⅱ、Ⅲ格室;第3类为Ⅳ、Ⅴ格室,这与PCA分析的结果一致。The start-up and characteristics of mature sludge were studied for an anaerobic migrating blanket re- actor-membrane aeration biofilm reactor (AMBR-MABR) to treat synthetic livestock wastewater. The corre- sponding sludge of ABR-MABR were employed as the seed for AMBR and MABR compartments, respectively, and the duration of start-up time lasted 83 d until the organic loading rate (OLR)(caculated by COD) reached 7.5 kg ·(m3 ·d) -1 at a HRT and a step-increased influent load. After start-up, the average removal rates of COD, NH4-N and TN for AMBR-MABR could approach about 83.96% , 37.56% and 38.29%. The MLSS values of mature sludge in AMBR-MABR compartments ranged from 17.5 to 30. 0 g· L-1. Their median diame- ters were from 0.25 to 0.74 mm in anaerobic compartments and 0. 18 mm in aeration ones. The surface of ma- ture sludge was uneven and porous and it was mainly composed of bacillus, coccus, beads and extracellular poly- meric substances (EPS). Main EPS fractions were determined as protein and soluble microbial byproduct-like materials, while the contents of fluvic acid and humic acid-like materials were low. Based on the cluster analy- sis, the microbial community in AMBR-MABR could be divided into 3 clusters: Ⅰ and Ⅵ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ, which was consistent with the results of principal component analysis(PCA).
