摘  要:针对近年来出现的城市污水处理厂活性污泥和生物膜复合工艺,首先建立了能同时描述碳氧化、脱氮和除磷的修正ASM1(Activated Sludge Model No.1),以及与ASM1中微生物生长过程速率方程结构形式相同、物理意义明确的生物膜模型。然后将该生物膜模型与修正的ASM1相结合,形成了活性污泥和生物膜复合模型,利用VB6.0编写了相应的模拟软件。以西安市第五污水处理厂复合工艺为对象,对其碳、氮和磷的去除进行模拟,结果表明该模型可以较好地反映出水各污染指标的变化规律。通过对进水流量、填料区的位置及填料区填料的投加率进行模拟,为填料区的优化和系统运行提出了建议。Based on extensive application of integrated, fixed-film activated sludge (IFAS) in wastewater treat- ment plants in recent years, we first established a modified ASM1, which can simulate carbon oxidation, nitro- gen, and phosphorus removal at the same time, and then a biofilm model, which has the same equation structure as the microbial growth process rate of ASM1, and a definite physical meaning. By combining these two models, a new IFAS model was created. The simulation software was developed with the help of VB6.0. Taking the hy- brid process used in the Xi' an Fifth Wastewater Treatment Plant as the object for study, the process of carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus removal was simulated. The results showed that the IFAS model satisfactorily predicted the changes in each pollutant in the effluent. Furthermore, optimal conditions for use in the media-area and for system operation, were proposed after simulation of the influent flow, location of the media-area, and the rate at which media was added.
