摘  要:碳纤维表面元素含量与热处理温度密切相关。本文采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析了经过2000℃以上的高温热处理过程后的碳纤维样品的元素含量和化学状态,研究了碳纤维所含元素种类及其含量随着热处理温度变化的演变规律。实验结果显示,随着热处理温度的提高,碳纤维中碳元素相对含量不断提高。同时,sp^2杂化成键的碳元素含量提高,sp^3杂化成键的碳元素含量降低;氧元素含量随着热处理温度的提高而下降,主要由O—C键的断裂所致;硅元素含量基本不随热处理温度的变化而变化。其在碳纤维的主要存在形式为SiO_2与Si_3N_4,SiO_2的相对含量随着热处理温度的提高而提高,这与Si—N键的断裂并向Si—O键转化有关。The content of element on the surface of carbon fiber is strongly correlated to thetemperature during heat treatment. This paper mainly discusses the evolution of type and contentof different elements due to the change of heat treatment temperature (HTT). X-rayphotoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) is used to analyze the content and chemical state of elements ofdifferent carbon fibers undergone heat treatment with HTTs above 2000℃. The result showsthat relative content of carbon increases with the increase of HTT, with the content of sp2-hybridized carbon increasing and the content ofspa-hybridized carbon decreasing at the sametime. Oxygen content decreases at higher HTT, due to the breaking of O--C bonds. Siliconcontent remains almost constant with the variation of HTT. Silicon is mainly in the form of SiO2and SiaN4. The relative content of SiO2 increases at the elevated HTT, which is attributed to thebreaking of Si--N bonds and their converting to Si--O bonds.
