摘 要:为了检测北方寒区猪场生产过程中向周围环境中NH_3的排放,以研究NH_3排放量引起的环境问题及对猪疾病发生的影响。按照《环境空气和废气氨的测定纳氏试剂分光光度法》(HJ533-2009)[1]所述方法进行采样的检测分析。结果经过样品的测定,NH_3浓度为日均0.182 mg/m^3,与国标GB/T17824.3-2008中规定环境中日均氨气含量上限0.08 mg/m3相比较,高出2.275倍。该结果说明该猪场所产生NH_3对猪场及周围环境造成严重的污染。Detect the pig farm in the Northeast in the production of NH3 emissions into the surrounding environment,as to re.search in NH3 emissions caused by environmental problems and the study of the influence of the pig disease. According to Ambientair and waste gas determination of ammonia Nessler's reagent spectrophotometer( HJ533-2009) to detection analysis of samples. Based on the determination of the sample,the concentration of NH3 for the daily average of 0. 182 mg/m^3,with average daily ammo. nia content in the environment limit stipulated in national standard upper limit 0. 08 mg/m^3,is 2. 275 times higher. The resultsshows that NH3 produced on the pig farm caused serious pollution to the surrounding environment and itself.
