摘 要:基于年度总成本最小化的分析方法,计算优化了正丙醇与乙酸甲酯酯交换反应生成乙酸正丙酯的反应精馏过程。提出一种离子液体(1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐)作为萃取剂用于乙酸甲酯与甲醇产物分离的新工艺,以代替无萃取剂的常规精馏塔。考察了反应精馏塔的提馏段、精馏段,反应段的塔板数、回流比以及萃取塔进料位置和萃取剂量对新工艺能耗和费用的影响。与传统工艺比较结果表明,新工艺节省再沸器的能耗和操作费用约30%。Using the total annual cost analysis method,we have performed a computational optimization for the reactive distillation of n-propyl acetate produced by the transesterification of propyl alcohol and methyl acetate. An ionic liquid,1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate( [EMIM][Ac]),was adopted as the solvent to separate methyl acetate and methanol,instead of using the conventional distillation separation process without a solvent. We investigated the effects on the energy consumption and operating cost of the new process of varying the stage numbers of the stripping section,reaction section and rectifying section,the feed position of the extractive column,the reflux ratio and the amount of solvent. Compared to the old process without a solvent,the new process using the ionic liquid gives a saving of more than 30% in both reboiler energy consumption and operating cost.
