摘  要:在2014年12月发生的一起宝钢中央变110 kV电网故障中,宝钢电厂两台350 MW发电机组出现同时故障跳机,造成较大的经济损失。根据检查情况,分析了跳机原因属于典型的低电压穿越问题引起,指出了设计上和管理上暴露的问题,强调应加强技术管理和对电网故障影响的分析。提出对低压变频器的低电压穿越问题,可采用行业内成熟的方案予以治理;对高压变频器的低电压穿越问题,应通过采用UPS控制电源、增加延时、试验验证等措施来进行综合治理。A fault of two 350 MW generator units tripped simultaneously occurred on December 2014,which was caused by Baosteel's 110 kV substation system failure. It led to larger economic loss. Based on the checking result,the fault reason was analyzed,which was attributed to typical low voltage ride-through. The exposed problems were analyzed and summarized on design and management. It is emphasized to take measure on technical management and affection analysis of grid fault. For low voltage variable frequency device,it was suggested that the mature ways should be adopted based on other power plant experience. For high voltage variable frequency device,it is suggested that the integrative measurement should been taken such as using UPS control power,adding delaying time and verifying variability by test.
