摘　　要：本文针对锥套断裂件进行了宏观分析及断口分析;并对其金相组织及化学成分进行了测试分析。综合分析表明,该制品的开裂是由石墨组织形态异常引起,属早期疲劳断裂所致,从而找到了制品失效的原因所在。In view of the taper sleeve fracture macroscopic analyses and fracture analysis; And the microstructure and chemical composition test and analysis.
