参芪肺宝提取工艺的优选及颗粒剂成型工艺初探

摘  要:目的:筛选参芪肺宝的最佳水提工艺,初步探索颗粒剂成型工艺。方法:釆用L9(34)正交试验设计法,以黄芪甲苷的含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,提取时间、加水量、煎煮次数为影响因素,优化水提工艺;以吸湿率和成型率作为综合指标选择辅料的种类及比例,采用不同浓度乙醇作为润湿剂优选最佳制粒浓度。结果:最佳提取条件为加14倍量的水、煎煮3次、每次1小时;辅料及比例为,药粉∶可溶性淀粉∶蔗糖=2∶2∶1,70%乙醇为润湿剂。结论:该提取方法和成型工艺稳定可靠,可用于参芪肺宝颗粒剂的制备。Objective: To select the optimum water extraction and and study the molding process of granuless.Methods: L9( 34) orthogonal test design method was used. Took the dosage of the Astragaloside Ⅳ and the extraction rate as as evaluating indicators,and extraction time,the amount of water added,and the boiling times as influencing factors. Optimized the water extraction process. Selected the type and proportion of auxiliary materials by taking moisture absorption rate and molding rate as the comprehensive index. Optimized the optimum concentration of granulation by using different concentration of ethanol as wetting agent. Result: The best extraction conditions were 14 times the amount of water added,boiled 3 times for 1 hour each time. Accessories and proportion ∶Powder∶soluble starch ∶Sucrose = 2 ∶2 ∶1,70% ethanol as wetting agent. Conclusion: This extraction method and molding process are stable and reliable,which and can be used for the preparation of Shenqi Feibao.
