摘 要:本研究前期在对205份水稻种质资源稻瘟病抗性鉴定中筛选到一份对稻瘟病达免疫级别的水稻品种"石梅抗",利用该抗原材料开展了两个方面的研究工作:(1)与现有栽培稻骨干亲本杂交后自交获得F2分离群体,通过病圃自然诱发抗性鉴定及表型筛选创造高抗稻瘟病种质资源。目前已经获得一百多份高抗稻瘟病、综合性状优异的中间材料并正在进行测配选育新的杂交稻组合;(2)利用集群分离分析法(bulked segregant analysis,BSA)和隐性群体分析法(recessive-class analysis,RCA)对抗源稻瘟病抗性基因分析,最终将抗性基因定位在水稻6号染色体AP22和SRM24之间,对应日本晴基因组片段1 080 kb,并将该基因暂时命名为Pize(t)。In the previous study, rice variety "Shimeikang"which was immunity to rice blast was screened from 205 rice germplasm resources of rice blast resistance identification. Two parts of research work were performed using this resistant variety:(1) F_2 segregation population was generated aiding with cross or self-cross between Shimeikang and backbone parents of hybrid rice. Rice germplasm with high resistance to rice blast was bred through natural disease inoculations and phenotype identification of F_2 segregation population. Hundreds of intermediate materials with high resistance to rice blast and superior integrated traits were generated and crossed with sterile lines to select new hybrid rice;(2) In the end, the resistant gene named Pize(t) was mapped between AP22 and SRM24 corresponding to 1080 kb in Nipponbare genome using bulked segregant analysis and recessive-class analysis.
