摘 要:以黄芩种子为实验材料诱导出黄芩愈伤组织,在继代培养基中添加不同浓度水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA),研究水杨酸对黄芩愈伤组织生长、抗氧化酶活性及黄芩苷含量的影响。结果表明:不同浓度水杨酸的加入对黄芩愈伤组织生长和POD活性有一定抑制作用,水杨酸浓度为10μmol/L、50μmol/L时SOD活性高于对照;水杨酸浓度为50μmol/L时CAT活性最大,黄芩苷含量是对照的1.63倍,达26.88 mg/g。Scutellaria seed as experimental material radix scutellariae callus was induced, and then added different concentrations of salicylic acid in successive transfer culture medium to studied the influence of salicylic acid on radix scutellariae callus growth, antioxidant enzyme activity and the contents of baicalin. The results showed that the addition of different concentrations of salicylic acid has certain inhibitory effects on growth and POD activity of the callus, the salicylic acid concentration of 10 μmol/L, 50 μmol/L SOD was higher than that of control;Salicylic acid concentration is CAT the maximum activity of 50 μmol/L, the content of baicalin was 1.63 times of the control, up to 26.88 mg/g.
