摘 要:本研究利用9对AFLP引物对河南省4个不同种群黄连木材料进行遗传多样性研究。结果表明,在4个不同的黄连木种群中,Nei's基因多样性指数He和Shannon信息指数I反映出其遗传多样性水平均处于中等水平,其中长葛(CG)种群尤为突出(I=0.45,He=0.30)。其次,在本研究中不同种群黄连木遗传分化系数Gst为0.108 1,这表明居群间的遗传变异占总遗传变异的10.81%,而89.19%的遗传变异存在于居群内,AMOVA分析表明7.89%的变异存在于居群间,92.11%的变异存在于居群内,两者都说明黄连木总的遗传分化主要来自居群内部,较低遗传分化则在其居群间存在。基因流Nm为4.13,表明较高的基因流可能是导致不同的黄连木居群具有较高遗传多样性的主要原因之一。In this research, we used nine pairs of AFLP primers to analyze the genetic diversity of four different populations of Pistacia chinensis Bunge materials from Henan Province. The results showed that in four different Pistacia chinensis Bunge populations, the Nei's gene diversity index Heand the Shannon information index I reflected that the total genetic diversity of the populations was at a moderate level, and the Changge population(CG) was particularly prominent(I=0.45, He=0.30). In addition, the genetic differentiation coefficient GSTof different populations of Pistacia chinensis Bunge was 0.1081, which indicated that the genetic variation among populations was 10.81% of the total genetic variation and 89.19% of the genetic variation existed in the population. AMOVA analysis showed that 7.89% of the total genetic variation existed among populations, whereas 92.11% of the variation existed in the population. Both of them indicated that the total genetic differentiation of Pistacia chinensis Bunge was mainly from the population, and the lower genetic differentiation existed between its populations. Gene flow Nmwas 4.13, it showed that high gene flow might be one of the main reasons leading to high levels of the genetic diversity among Pistacia chinensis Bunge populations.
