摘 要:本试验对水力搅拌和水力气体结合搅拌两种形式的喷嘴进行实际应用效果的研究,对比不同工况下的流场情况,给出工程应用方面的建议,研究表明:流量越大,混合效果越好,当流量为315 m^3/h,即喷嘴入口流速为4.95m/s时,两种喷嘴混合效果最佳;对于液液喷嘴,安装高度为2 m的混合效果优于安装高度为1 m;对于气液喷嘴,安装高度为2 m的混合剧烈程度大于安装高度为1 m,但作用范围较小;同时发现气液喷嘴的吸气量与液体流量存在较好的对应关系。在工程应用中,液液喷嘴通过设置折流板可以加强局部垂直方向的混合;气液喷嘴通过调整安装高度可以调节其作用范围和混合剧烈程度。The test on practical application effect of two different nozzles is studied. Comparing the flow field under different working conditions, the engineering application suggestions are given. Studies have shown that : ( 1 ) the greater the flow rate, the better the mixing effect, two kinds of nozzles mixing effect is the best when the flow rate is 315 m3/h, as the inlet velocity is 4.95 m/s; (2) For liquid -- liquid nozzle, the mixing effect at installation height of 2 m is superior to the effect at the height of 1 m; For gas -- liquid nozzle, the mixing intensity at installation height of 2 m is greater than the intensity at the height of 1 m, but the scope is smaller; (3) Inspiratory capacity and liquid flow of gas-liquid nozzle exist good corresponding relation; (4) In engineering applications, by setting the baffle plate liquid-iquid nozzle can strengthen the local vertical mixing; (5) by adjusting the installation height gas-liquid nozzle can adjust its scope and mixing intensity.
