5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合CO_2激光治疗尖锐湿疣的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合CO_2激光治疗尖锐湿疣的效果。方法将尖锐湿疣患者90例随机分为研究组和对照组,每组45例。研究组患者采用ALA-PDT联合CO_2激光治疗,对照组患者单独采用CO_2激光治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组康复率明显高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ALA-PDT联合CO_2激光治疗尖锐湿疣患者有较高临床疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy（ ALA-PDT） combined with CO2 laser in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods 90 cases of patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into control group and study group,each group of 45 cases. The study group of patients were treated with ALA-PDT combined with CO2 laser,while the control group of patients were treated with CO2 laser alone,the results of the two groups of patients after treatment were analyzed. Results The recovery rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the recurrence rate was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The ALA-PDT combined with CO2 laser in treatment of patients with condyloma acuminatum,which have higher clinical efficacy,thus it can be promoted in large number in clinical.
