药膏贴敷耳穴疗法辅助治疗对轻、中度高血压患者血压影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价药膏贴敷耳穴疗法对高血压患者的血压水平的影响。方法选择轻、中度原发性高血压患者200例,按随机数字表法把患者分为治疗组和对照组各100例,2组基础治疗均口服氯沙坦钾片,治疗组加用药膏耳穴贴敷,观察8周。监测治疗前后的血压变化。结果 2组均有明显降压效果(P<0.01)。治疗组收缩压在第1周起效,第2周开始较对照组降压疗效明显(F=9.262,P<0.05);治疗组舒张压在第3周开始较对照组降压疗效明显(P<0.05)。且随着时间延长,2组血压差值逐渐增大,降压效果治疗组较对照组逐渐增强,趋于平稳。2组降压疗效比较,治疗组显效率63.45%,对照组37.50%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率96.77%,对照组84.37%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药膏耳穴贴敷辅助西药治疗轻、中度高血压疗效可靠。Objective To observe the influence of the plaster compress auricular therapy on the level of blood pressure in hypertensive patients.Methods 200 cases of patients with mild and moderate essential hypertension were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 50 each according to random number table method,both groups were given basically Losartan Potassium Tablets orally,while the treatment group was treated with ointment plaster therapy additionally on the ear points and the observation lasted for 8 weeks.The changes of blood pressure were monitored before and after the treatment.Results Both two groups were seen obviously antihypertensive effect（P〈0.01）.The systolic pressure of the treatment group started to drop during the first week,and were found to drop more obviously than the control group during the second week（F=9.262,P〈0.05）;the diastolic pressure of the treatment group dropped more than that of the control group during the third weeks（P〈0.05）.With the prolonging of time,the difference of blood pressure between the two groups was increased,the antihypertensive effect of the treatment group was more increased gradually than that of the control group together with a tendency of stability.To compare the efficacy of antihypertensive effect of two groups,the improvement rate of treatment group and the control group were 63.45% and 37.50% respectively,and the difference of two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The total effective rate was 96.77% in the treatment group,and 84.37% in the control group,and the difference of two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The plaster compress auricular therapy plus drug has reliable curative effect on mild and moderate hypertension.
