摘　　要：目的:对朝鲜产赤芍与国产赤芍进行生药学比较研究,为今后朝鲜产赤芍药材的质量评价提供一定的参考。方法:对朝鲜产赤芍和国产赤芍的原植物形态、性状特征、横切面特征、薄层色谱特征进行研究。结果:通过与国产赤芍比较,明确了朝鲜产赤芍的性状、横切面特征;两者在与对照品色谱相应的位置上显相同的蓝紫色斑点。结论:朝鲜产赤芍与国产赤芍在生药学特征方面没有明显差异,可为朝鲜产赤芍在国内药材市场的质量控制与临床应用提供依据。Objective： To compare the pharmacognostical characteristics between Paeoniae Rubra Radix in Korea and in China, and provide some reference for the quality evaluation of the Paeoniae Rubra Radix in Korea. Methods： The pharma- cognostical characteristics of Paeoniae Rubra Radix were investigated by using the macroscopical, microscopical and TLC iden- tification methods. Results： The botanical anatomy characteristics of Paeoniae Rubra Radix were measured. Conclusion： Both of the herbs on the pharmacognostical characteristics and the content of paeoniflorin was no significant difference. The study pro- vides a basis for the quality control of Paeoniae Rubra Radix in domestic medicine market and clinical application.
