摘　　要：为了促进人血白蛋白的临床合理应用,中国药学会医院药学专业委员会联合中华医学会肝病学分会共同制订首部基于循证的人血白蛋白用于肝硬化治疗的快速建议指南。本指南计划书将主要介绍该指南的制作方法和技术路线,如临床问题的收集及PICOS的确定,证据的获取和评价及推荐意见的形成等。In order to implement appropriate use of human albumin, Chinese Hospital Association, Chinese society of Clinical Pharmacy and Chinese Society of Hepatology, Chinese Medical Association together produced the first evidencebased Rapid Advice Guideline for pharmacological management of human albumin in patients with liver cirrhosis. The protocol of guideline would introduce the methods and processes ： such as collection of the clinical issues and identification of PICOS, evidence acquisition and evaluation, and consensus on the recommendations and so on.
