摘 要:以原有的等辊距矫直机的矫直原理为理论基础,设计出异辊距矫直机,其结构可以看成由两组等辊距矫直辊,按照大辊径在前小辊径在后的方式排列而成,这种结构解决了传统的等辊距矫直机在矫直时,刚度与强度相矛盾的问题,同时可以增加矫直精度,提高矫直机的使用寿命。使用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对异辊距矫直机的矫直过程进行仿真分析,通过分析结果来选定最佳辊径辊距值,同时,通过查看矫直后钢板的残余应力分布,可以对接下来研究异辊距矫直机提供重要的参考价值。Design a straightener of unequal roller spacing based on theoretical basis of straightener of equal roller spacing. The structure of such kind of straightener can be treated as one traightener formed by the two groups of straightener of equal roller spacing, which were arranged by such a principle that one with a greater diameter of roller ranked in the front of the smaller one. Adopting this kind of structure, it eliminate the contradictions between stiff- ness and intensity when straightening through a traditional straightener of equal roller, furthermore it can also in- crease the straightening accuracy and improve the service life of the straightener. ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to carry out emulation analysis on the straightening process of straightener of unequal roller spacing. The best values of roller diameter and of roller spacing will be determined by analyzing the results. At the same time, the distribution of resid- ual stress of the steel plate after straightening will be viewed, and could provide an important reference value for the next study on the straightener of unequal roller spacing.
