摘　　要：介绍了不锈钢BA板生产工艺和生产流程,分析了BA板表面的主要缺陷及其产生原因。从原料及脱脂、退火、张力控制等方面说明BA板表面质量控制的关键点,提出了改善表面质量的方法和措施,为BA板生产和光亮退火机组的设计提供参考。Process technology and product flow of stainless steel BA plate was introduced. The article ana- lyze main defect of BA plate and the cause of defect. The key point of BA plate surface control was introduced, from some aspect of raw material and degreasing, annealing, tension control, and improvement measure of surface quality was introduced. Provide reference for BA production and design of bright annealing plate.
