摘  要:研究了采用D315弱碱性阴离子交换树脂作为催化剂合成盐酸维生素B1的新方法。该方法是以硫羟硫胺为原料,经双氧水氧化生成硫酸维生素B1后,利用D315弱碱性阴离子交换树脂进行催化合成,经纯化水洗脱后合并流出液和洗脱液,浓缩再结晶至盐酸维生素B1。同时也探讨了温度、纯化水用量、树脂用量以及树脂重复使用次数对反应收率的影响。通过试验确定可以利用D315弱碱性阴离子交换树脂催化合成盐酸维生素B1,该工艺简化了以往的操作,改善了环境污染,适合工业化生产,并大大提升了产品质量和收率。The synthesis method of thiamine hydrochloride by using D315 weak base anion exchange resin as catalyst was studied. The experimental process was discussed. The thiohydroxy thiamine as raw material and hydrogen peroxide reacted to prepare thiamine sulfate, the catalytic synthesis was carried out by using D315 weak base anion exchange resin, then the effluent and eluting liquid were mixed and then crystallized to thiamine hydrochloride. At the same time, effect of temperature, purified water amount, resin amount and reusing times of resin on the yield were discussed. The experiment proved that the D315 weak base anion exchange resin can be used as catalyst to synthesize thiamine hydrochloride. The process is simple, and can reduce the environment pollution, it is suitable for industrial production and can improve the product quality and yield greatly.
