双偏心柔性密封球阀及其在化工中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了双偏心柔性密封球阀的工作原理和结构特点,阐述了该阀的诸多性能优势,如流通能力强、启闭速度快、扭矩式密封、欠缝自补偿、摩擦阻力小、阀门寿命长等。通过选择不同密封材料,适用于低中高温及含有固体颗粒等较为苛刻的介质工况。当前,双偏心柔性密封球阀已在化工过程中一些新装置建设和老装置改造中取代了一部分闸阀而得到应用,效果良好。Operating principle and structural features of double-eccentric soft seal ball valve were introduced. Lots of performance advantages were also presented, such as big flow-capacity, quick opening or closing, torque seal, gap compensation, small frictional resistance, long-life and so on. Different seal materials could be chosen to adapt to low/middle/high temperature medium with solid phase particles. Currently, double-eccentric soft seal ball valve had been applied instead of gate valve in new device construction and old device modification during chemical process, which achieved good results.
