摘 要:大规模集成芯片不断发展,其要求的低电压大电流电源成为开关电源领域的一个重要研究方向。文章采用TI公司开发的TPS40322集成芯片搭建一个输出0.85 V,最大电流50 A的双相Buck电路,以实现对高速数据处理芯片的供电。同时,双相输出能够增大电流输出能力,降低电流电压的纹波,提高集成芯片的供电质量,减少功率MOS管和电感等的应力。With the development of large scale integrated chip,the requirement of low voltage and high current power supply has become an important research field of switching mode power supply. In this paper,we use the integrated chip TPS40322 which developed by TI Corporation to build a two-phase Buck circuit with output 0. 85 V and maximum current 50 A,so as to realize the power supply of the high-speed data processing chip. At the same time,the two-phase output design can increase the output current,reduce the ripple of current and voltage,improve the power quality of integrated chip,and reduce the stress of the MOS,inductance and so on.
