摘　　要：一次电气设备操作时,存在危及人身安全的可能性,特别是远方遥控操作时,巡视检查等不知情人员滞留现场,更是突出了这种危险性。为了杜绝这种危险性,文中研制了一个安装于变电站开关室内嵌GPRS信息收发功能的人员进出信息提示装置。通过无线信号与调控显示终端进行实时信息交换,实现了变电站开关室人员进出信息可在调控端直接显示,以便调控人员远程操作前快速掌握现场有无人员的信息,保障现场人员的人身安全。When the primary electrical equipment is operated,there is a possibility of endangering personal safety,especially when it is remote-controlled operated,it is highlighted for this danger because unwitting personnel such as patrol inspection personnel are still stuck in the operation scene. In order to eliminate this risk,an information prompt device embedded GPRS messaging transmit-receive capabilities for personnel entering and leaving has been developed,which is installed in the substation indoor.Through the wireless signal,real-time information is exchanged between the device and the display terminal located in electric operations control centers,so it can be displayed directly at the control end about the information of personnel entering and leaving in substation switch room. Therefore,the dispatcher controls can quickly grasp personnel information whether in the scene or not before the electric equipment is operated,and then it provides additional protection for the field of personal safety.
