摘　　要：针对目前地震台站观测工作中因网络故障导致的断记、漏记问题,设计出一种基于短信平台的地震观测系统网络监控软件。该软件可以为地震观测台站在无人值守的情况下,提供实时网络监控服务,并在发生网络故障时,及时发出报警信息,提高台站值班人员的快速反应能力,减少地震资料的断记和漏记,为地震资料的连续记录提供有效服务。Aiming at the problem of data interruption and missed record due to network failure in the observation work of the current seismic station,based on SMS platform,a network monitoring software for seismic observation system is designed. This software can provide real-time network monitoring service for the seismic station,and timely send out the alarm information when the network failure occurs,thus improving the rapid response capability of the station personnel on duty,reducing the interruption and missing of the seismic data,for the continuous record of seismic data to provide effective services.
