摘  要:为了进一步研究磁场强度对线锯切割性能的影响,根据锯丝和磁性磨粒的磁化曲线,研究了锯丝外部磁场强度和磁性磨粒所受磁力的关系.搭建了磁性磨粒吸附观测实验平台,验证了磁力对锯丝周围的磁性磨粒产生的分区吸附效果.结合磁系与线锯切割机床,搭建了磁感应游离磨粒线锯切割实验平台,并进行了不同磁场强度下的切割对比实验.研究结果表明:在0.00~1.07×105 A/m磁场强度范围内,切缝宽度和崩边宽度随外部磁场强度的增强而减小,进一步增加磁场强度之后,切缝宽度和崩边宽度增大;磁感应游离磨粒线锯切割中的最优外部匀强磁场强度为1.07×105 A/m左右.To further study on the effect of magnetic field intensity on the wire sawing performance,based on the magnetization curves of wire and magnetic abrasive grains,the relationship between the external magnetic field intensity and the magnetic force on the magnetic abrasive grains were studied.An experimental platform for observing the saw wire adsorptions of magnetic abrasive grains was constructed,which validated the magnetic force partitions around the wire.To investigate the effect of different magnetic field intensities on the wire sawing process,the wire sawing experiments were conducted at an experimental platform,which was set up on the single wire sawing machine utilizing a designed magnetic system.Research results show that the kerf loss and edge width decrease with the increase of the external magnetic field intensity in the range of 0.00-1.07×105 A/m,while they increase as the magnetic field intensity future increases.The suitable magnetic field intensity for magnetic induction free abrasive wire sawing process is about 1.07×105 A/m.
