摘　　要：现有通过国际信令网关来实现欢迎短信的方案具有网络负荷压力大、业务实现逻辑复杂、灵活性低等缺点,因此提出了一种基于HLR来实现国际漫游欢迎短信业务的方案,首先分析了该方案的优点及网络架构,随后针对手机附着到CS网络以及手机附着到PS网络两种情况,分别阐述了国际漫游欢迎短信的具体业务实现方案,希望以此提高用户的满意度,为用户提供更加贴心的服务。The existing solution to the welcome SMS through international signaling gateway suffers from heavy network load, complex business implementation logic and low flexibility. Therefore, a solution to the international welcome SMS based on HLR was put forward. First, the advantages and network architecture of the solution were analyzed. Then, according to two cases including mobile phone attached to CS network and PS network, the concrete business implementation solutions to the international welcome SMS were elaborated. We hope the user＇s satisfaction can be enhanced based on the solution to provide more considerate services to users.
