摘　　要：目的分析2013-2016年保定市麻疹流行状况,提出有效可行的预防控制建议,为消除麻疹提供参考依据。方法利用国家麻疹监测信息报告管理系统的数据,对2013-2016年保定市麻疹流行状况进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2013-2016年保定市共报告确诊麻疹病例870例,年平均发病率为2.08/10万。病例主要分布在涿州、安国、定兴、易县、曲阳、徐水等人口流动较大的县市;每年均有发病,但呈明显的季节性,主要集中在上半年内,2~3月是发病高峰;发病年龄集中在<8月龄婴儿、8月龄~5岁年龄段儿童和20~45岁年龄段成人。麻疹病例中0剂次免疫者占53.56%,免疫史不详者占30.57%。结论应重视人口流动性较大的县市和上半年麻疹疫情监测,免疫重点为儿童麻疹疫苗的初次接种及查漏补种和成年人的强化免疫。在保持高水平麻疹监测水平的前提下,加大消除麻疹的工作力度,努力消除"免疫空白"。Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of measles in Baoding City from 2013 to 2016, put the possible preven- tion and control proposals, and provide the basis for measles Elimination strategies. Methods Using the data of the National Measles Monitoring Information Reporting Management System, descriptive epidemiological methods was adopted to analyze the epidemic situation of Baoding City measles cases from 2013 to 2016. Results Baoding City, a total of 870 cases of measles reported from 2013 to 2016, the average annual incidence rate is 2. 08/100 000. Most of measles cases were concentrated in Zhuozhou, Anguo, Dingxing, Yixian, Quyang, Xushui of large floating population county; measles are case reports through- out the year, mainly in first half of the year, from February to March high; mainly concentrated in the age of onset of less than 8 months, 8 months of age - 5 years old children and 20 - 45 years old adult; measles cases, 0 times immunization is 53.56%, unknown immunity is 30. 57%. Conclusion Should pay attention to the measles epidemic monitoring of the large population floating county and the first half year, and first vaccination of children＇ s measles vaccine, leak replant, strengthened immunity activity. On the premise of maintaining a high level of measles surveillance work, efforts should be made to eliminate measles, and tried to eliminate the immunization blank.
