摘 要:目的探讨Wistar大鼠30 d喂养试验中血液学及血生化指标的正常值范围。方法选用某实验室毒理学实验中对照组Wistar大鼠400只,雌雄各半,喂养30 d。第31天巴比妥那麻醉大鼠,腹腔静脉取血,测定血液学及血生化指标,并对数据进行统计分析。结果雌、雄大鼠血液学及血生化检测指标变异度比较大,雌鼠红细胞(RBC)计数为(6.76±0.43),雄鼠为(6.98±0.37),雌鼠与雄鼠差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);血生化分析中雄鼠的丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)为(27.56±4.39)、尿素氮(UREA)为(5.31±0.72)、白蛋白(ALB)为(32.34±2.07)、甘油三酯(TG)为(0.53±0.09),雌鼠的ALT为(25.66±4.26)、UREA为(5.08±0.72)、ALB为(31.88±1.83)、TG为(0.52±0.09),雌鼠与雄鼠差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他各项检测指标未见显著性差异。结论各项检测指标正常值范围与其他文献报道大致相近。与国内文献相比,具有显著性的检测指标偏少;与国外文献相比,各项检测指标数值偏小。Objective To investigate the range of hmatology and blood biochemica parameters of Wistar rat in 30 d feeding test. Methods Selected control group 400 Wistar rat in our laboratory toxicology experiment, male and female, feeding for 30 days, 31 days pentobarbital anesthetized rats, abdominal venous blood sampling and measured hematological and biochemical parameters, than analyzed statistically the data. Reusits He changes of hematological and blood biochemical indexes in female and male rats were relatively high, the female rats red blood cell count (RBC) was (6. 76 ± 0.43), male rats RBC was (6. 98 ±0. 37), compared with the male rats, the female rats were statistically significant in hematological parameters; in blood biochemical parameters the male rats alanine aminotransferase (ALT) was (27.56 ±4. 39), urea nitrogen (UREA) was (5.31 ±0. 72) , albumin (ALB) was ( 32. 34 ±2. 07 ) , triglyceride (TG) was (0. 53 ±0. 09) , the female rats ALT was ( 25.66 ±4.26), UREA was (5.08 ±0.72), ALB was (32.34 ±2.07), TG was (0. 52 ±0.09). Compared with the male rats, the female rats were statistically significant. Conclusion The range of the normal values of each test index was similar to that reported in other literatures, compared with the domestic literature, the significant detection index is less; compared with foreign literature, the value of each detection index is small.
