摘 要:针对甘肃某低品位菱镁矿含钙脉石矿物(白云石)含量高、嵌布紧密、浮选提纯困难等问题,对其进行选矿试验研究,最终确定了"反浮选脱硅-正浮选降钙-酸浸深度降钙"的原则流程,以BK433与BK434为反、正浮选捕收剂,针对MgO品位43.96%,杂质CaO含量3.91%和SiO_2含量0.28%的原矿,浮选工业试验获得了MgO含量46.04%的菱镁矿精矿,CaO和SiO_2含量分别降低到1.60%和0.05%,MgO回收率为70.09%,进一步酸浸降钙可获得MgO品位47.23%,杂质CaO含量0.30%~0.37%、SiO_2含量0.05%,Fe_2O_3含量0.03%的高纯菱镁矿精矿,本研究为特级耐火材料和高附加值氧化镁的生产提供了试验依据。The low grade magnesite ore in this study from Gansu province is difficult for efficient separation because of the high content of finely disseminated dolomite. To obtain high flotation efficiency to remove dolomite, experimental study of separation is carried out. Ultimately the process of "silicon removal by reverse flotation-calcium reduction by positive flotation-calcium reduction deeply by acid leaching" is determined. Through the industrial experiments with BK433 and BK434 for the positive and negative flotation collector, for the low grade magnesite with Mg O content of 43.96%, the grade and recovery of obtained concentrate calculated by MgO are 46.04% and 70.09%, and SiO_2 and CaO content are decreased from3.91% and 0.28% to 1.60% and 0.05% respectively. By further acid leaching, high purity magnesite concentrate with MgO content of 47.23%, CaO content of 0.30%~0.37%, SiO_2 content of 0.05%, Fe_2O_3 content of 0.03% is obtained. This product provides an essential basis for the production of super-duty refractory and high added value Magnesium Oxide.
