摘 要:以湖南某地隐晶质石墨为原料,经过水热-酸-络合浸出、氢氟酸除硅得到纯度为99.98%的石墨。以单因素变量法探究了络合剂种类及添加量、反应温度、反应时间、盐酸添加量、石墨原料及氢氟酸添加量的最佳条件。结果表明,在水热温度150℃、时间60 min、协同添加EDTA+TA络合剂(与原料质量比为6%和2%)、质量分数为37%的盐酸添加量为1 m L/g,再经过质量分数为40%的氢氟酸0.4 m L/g去除硅,能获得最高碳含量石墨。试验对低温下提纯石墨有一定参考价值。Graphite with a purity of 99.98% was obtained by means of hydrothermal-acid-complexing leaching and hydrofluoric acid removal from a certain aphanitic graphite in Hunan. The optimum conditions were investigated under the condition of different temperature, time, complexing agent addition, acid and graphite addition. The results show that the hydrothermal temperature 150 ℃, time 60 min, add EDTA+TA complexing agent with raw material mass ratio was 6% and 2%, the concentration of 37% hydrochloric acid dosage is 1 m L/g, impurity graphite with hydrofluoric acid of 0.4 m L/g with 40% removing silicon, can obtain the highest purity. The test has certain reference value for purifying high-purity graphite at low temperature.
