摘 要:难免离子对盐类矿物的浮选有重要影响,Ba^(2+)为萤石-重晶石-方解石型伴生矿的难免离子。通过单矿物浮选试验,考察在pH值为5~9时,Ba^(2+)对油酸钠浮选萤石、重晶石及方解石的影响。通过溶液化学计算、zeta电位测试分析,探讨了Ba^(2+)对3种矿物的作用机理。浮选结果表明:Ba^(2+)对萤石和方解石有抑制作用,对重晶石有活化作用。zeta电位测试结果与溶液化学分析表明:在pH值为5~9时,钡离子以Ba^(2+)组分存在,能与萤石和方解石进行阳离子交换,置换出的Ca^(2+)能消耗溶液中的OL-和(OL)_2^(2-),从而抑制萤石和方解石。Ba^(2+)能减小重晶石表面负电荷,减小颗粒间的排斥力,更易产生颗粒团聚体,增加了重晶石颗粒与气泡碰撞的几率,从而活化重晶石。Through single mineral micro-flotation tests, the effect of Ba^(2+) on the sodium oleate flotation of fluorite, barite and calcite in the range of p H value range of 5~9 was studied, the mechanism of Ba^(2+) with three minerals was discussed by solution chemistry and zeta-potential measurements. The flotation results showed that Ba^(2+) depressed fluorite and calcite while activated barite. In pH value range of 5~9, Ba^(2+) was the main species of barium ions and showed a cation exchange process with fluorite and calcite. The exchanged Ca^(2+) can consume the OL-and(OL)_2^(2-) and thus the Ba^(2+)showed a depression on fluorite and calcite. The negatively-charge of barite was neutralized by Ba^(2+) and it can reduce the repulsion force between barite particles, moreover, Ba^(2+) was benefit to the formation of particle aggregations and increase the collision efficiency between particles and bubbles, thus barite was actived.
