产科护士门诊病房一体化模式对妊娠期糖尿病患者的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨产科护士门诊病房一体化模式运用于妊娠期糖尿病患者对妊娠结局及负性情绪的影响。方法选择妊娠糖期尿病患者共98例,分为对照组和观察组各49例。观察组行产科护士门诊病房一体化模式护理,结合医生和护士,实施护士门诊和病房联动模式给予患者支持照护;对照组行常规产前门诊护理。比较两组患者护理前后焦虑评分、妊娠结局和护理满意度。结果观察组护理后焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自然分娩率高于对照组,新生儿体质量低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科护士门诊病房一体化模式运用于妊娠期糖尿病患者可有效缓解产妇焦虑情绪,提高自然分娩率,改善分娩结局,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of pregnancy outcomes and negative emotions on obstetric nurse - patient ward integration model in gesta-tional diabetes patients. Methods A total of 98 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups：the control group and the observation group,with 49 cases in each. The observation group received the integrated nursing made of obstetric nurses and the nurses and doctore implemented the nurses outpatient and with linkage made to support the patients. Results The scores of anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The nursing satis-faction was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Obstetric nurse - patient ward integration model used in patients with gestational diabetes patients can effectively alleviate maternal anxiety and improve the natural birth rate and improve birth outcomes,improve nursing satisfaction which is worth promoting.
