探析消渴二仙汤临床治疗消渴气阴两虚挟瘀证的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探索消渴二仙汤在治疗消渴气阴两虚挟瘀证的疗效。方法:在某院于2015年2月~2017年1月间收治的消渴症患者中选出131例为研究对象,全部患者均为气阴两虚挟瘀证,将患者随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者给予消渴二仙汤治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率比对照组高(96.97%vs 86.15%),P<0.05;观察组患者治疗后的倦怠无力、五心烦热、多食易饥、口渴多饮症候积分比对照组患者低,P<0.05。结论:消渴二仙汤在治疗消渴气阴两虚挟瘀证效果确切,有助于促进患者临床症状的缓解,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective： To explore the effect of Xiaoke Erxian Decoction in the treatment of diabetes with blood stasis Qi and Yin deficiency. Methods： 131 cases of patients with diabetes disease in a hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 were choose as the research object. All the patients were diagnosed with diabetes with blood stasis Qi and Yin deficiency and they were divided into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine and observation group was given Xiaoke Erxian Decoction. Then the effect of two kinds of medicine was compared. Results： The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （96.97% vs 86.15%）, P〈0.05; the tiredness, five upset hot, feed more easy hunger and thirsty to drink more symptoms integral for observation group after treatment was lower than that of control group, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaoke Erxian Decoction is effective in the treatment of diabetes with blood stasis Qi and Yin deficiency and it can help to alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients, so it is worthy of clinical application.
