延续护理出院康复指导对精神病人生活质量影响

摘　　要：目的:分析延续护理康复指导作用于精神病患者中的有效性。方法:将在某院进行治疗的73例精神病患者展开研究,采用双盲法将患者分为观察组(n=37)实施延续护理出院指导,对照组(n=36)实施常规出院指导。结果:两组患者在康复状态量表评分、生活质量评分以及药物服用依从性对比,观察组均占有显著的优势(P<0.05)。结论:对精神病患者实施院外延续护理能够提升患者的服药依从性,进而提升其生活质量,方法值得借鉴。Objective： To analyze the effect of continuing nursing rehabilitation instruction in patients with mental disorders. Methods： 73 cases of patients with psychiatric in a hospital were studied, The patients were divided into observation group （n = 37） by double blind method, which were used continuing nursing discharge guidance. The control group （n=36） received routine discharge guidance. Results： The rehabilitation status scale score, quality of life score and drug taking compliance in two groups of patients were compared. The observation group had a significant advantage （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The continuing nursing rehabilitation instruction for patients with mental illness can improve the medication compliance of patients and improve their quality of life. The method is worth using for reference.
