摘　　要：印度—斯里兰卡渔业争端是影响两国关系的一个重要问题。历史因素致使印、斯两国未能清楚划定海上边界;两国渔民为了提高收入,经常进入争议海域或对方领海捕捞;印斯两国的执法方式也为渔业争端火上浇油,以致双方渔业争端、摩擦事件时有发生。然而,随着近年来两国和解意愿的增强,"多轨"沟通机制的建立,以及印孟边界争端的解决,印斯两国解决渔业争端的前景明朗。The conflict ofmarine fishery is one of the important issues among nations, just as the conflictof marine fishery occurred between India and Sri Lanka. There are no clear maritime borders between Indiaand Sir Lanka as a result of some historical factors. Nowadays, for the sake of earning more, two countries＇fisherman regularly fishing on disputed or each other＇s water. Moreover, two countries＇ ways of lawenforcement also intensifying the conflict of marine fishery, similar conflicts happened regularly in suchamanner between India and Sri Lanka. Over the decades, numerous casualties, countless destruction offishing tool like fishing boats and nets all caused by such conflicts. However, recently, along with the risingdesire of solving the conflict of marine fishery, India and Sri Lanka have established a ＇multi-track＇communication mechanism, also, the border dispute between India and Bengal solved successfully, whichindicates that there is a bright prospect on solving conflict of marine fishery between India and Sri Lanka.
